Code IV Mobile Hydration was born right here in the Reno–Tahoe region — where long days on the mountain, travel, active lifestyles, and high elevation can leave you feeling depleted faster than expected.
We created Code IV to provide physician-directed IV hydration therapy that prioritizes safety, professionalism, and individualized care without the rushed, one-size-fits-all approach.
Whether you’re recovering at home, adjusting to altitude, or simply trying to recharge, our team delivers clinically grounded mobile IV therapy directly to your home, hotel, office, or event.

Meet The Team
Kyle Sheppard, NRP
Kyle is a nationally certified and Nevada licensed paramedic, and the founder of Code IV Mobile Hydration.
With years of experience in emergency response and critical care transport, Kyle brings clinical rigor and a compassionate touch to every visit. He started Code IV to make safe, high-quality wellness services accessible outside of a clinic - delivered directly to you.
Fun Fact: When Kyle isn't out in the field, you will find him exploring one of the many gorgeous trails and hiking paths in the Reno/Tahoe area, or up on the mountain shredding some fresh snow on his skis!
Amanda Leone, RN
Amanda has been a Registered Nurse for 16 years. She holds many professional certifications that includes skills in specialized IV-line placements, oncology, and ultrasound.
She has years of experience with diverse types of populations, illnesses, and backgrounds. Her primary field is Oncology and with patients with chronic, critical illnesses.
Her drive for working with Code IV is because she has seen firsthand what a difference services like these can make in patients who have received them in an oncology setting. She will be mainly servicing areas East of Reno, such as Fernley, Fallon, Dayton, and Lovelock.
Fun fact: On her days off, Amanda enjoys spending time with her new husband and blended family of 7 people, 3 dogs, 1 ferret, and 1 Leopard gecko and soon to be added… 7 chickens!
At Code IV, we offer a physician-directed service in the Reno/Tahoe area that brings IV hydration, immune support, antioxidant support, and vitamin replenishment directly to you. Our specialized hydration bags are mixed by licensed and experienced providers, and are infused with essential vitamins, antioxidants, and electrolytes, promoting optimal wellness and recovery.
Our services are designated into "packages", with a package to fit any needs that you might have. On top of this, each package has "add-ons" of additional vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants, non-opioid pain medications, and anti-emetics to make sure that you are feeling the best that you can.
