Nature of Services

Code IV Mobile Hydration provides wellness-focused intravenous hydration services designed to support hydration and overall wellbeing. Our services are not emergency medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Code IV Mobile Hydration does not replace care provided by a primary care provider, urgent care, or emergency department.

Medical Oversight & Screening

All hydration services are provided following a brief intake and eligibility screening to help determine whether services are appropriate for each client. Services are performed pursuant to physician-directed protocols and established safety standards.

Clients may be declined services if hydration therapy is deemed inappropriate based on screening responses or clinical judgment.

Not Emergency Care

Code IV Mobile Hydration does not provide emergency services and does not respond to medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or seek immediate care at the nearest emergency department.

Client Eligibility

Hydration services may not be appropriate for everyone. Certain medical conditions, medications, or circumstances may limit eligibility for IV hydration services. Code IV reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary for client safety.

Scope of Services

Code IV Mobile Hydration offers hydration and wellness support only. We do not:

Diagnose medical conditions
Prescribe medications
Provide emergency or urgent medical treatment
Offer medical advice beyond general wellness education related to our hydration services

Individual experiences with hydration services may vary. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. Hydration services are intended to support general wellness and hydration, not to provide medical treatment.
